Two more character descriptions...
Todd just reminded me of two characters that I left out in the last post:
[BEVERLY]
60s. The kindly matriarch of the ward, Beverly has taken it upon herself to comfort and guide the women of the ward employing her life experience. She is frustrated that her advice is often discounted by the younger women, who struggle to understand a modern application of her simple wisdom. Neither her children nor grandchildren live close.
[STERLING]
60s. Sterling has spent his entire adult life serving in church leadership positions and now, following his release as bishop, he has planned for 'retirement' by creating a place for himself in the ward nursery. Sterling is critical of his young successor's inexperience, and continues to offer the ward members bishoply advice despite having been released.
Okay. Cool.
